- Registration is at the pavilion tent near the town flag pole. Please register prior to set-up Friday. After 7 p.m. Friday, please see your respective battalion HQ for event registration.
- Vendors: There will be 4 food vendors selling a variety of food, including breakfasts. Several vendors will be open on Friday and stay open late.
- Mock Shot Gun Wedding Saturday at 12:45 p.m. at the pavilion tent (don’t tell grandma), open to the public, please show your support as the scenario plays out!
- Volunteers needed at the pavilion tent for the information table.
Two hour shifts welcoming spectators, handing out event schedules, and answering questions. Teens are encouraged to participate. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
- Modern Camping: Tents will be located in the baseball field next to the tree line, no fires permitted. Trailers and RVs will be parked at the “Mill Site” south side of public parking. No in-ground fire pits permitted, fires must be kept small in above-ground containment.
- Pavilion Tent is available for anyone who wishes to reserve time for demos, displays and such out of the weather. Please call or eMail in advance to reserve your times. Contact Debbie Quinn for reservations (360) 876-1781, dquinn@wavecable.com
- Saturday night Ice Cream Social at the pavilion tent 7 p.m. Volunteers needed to scoop. Open to all members.
